- Parallel 36 at Jailette strengthens Wrightwell’s footprint in the Southeast following Raleigh-Durham and Birmingham expansion
- The Firm seeks to deploy $100 million to acquire similar BTR assets before year-end 2025
ATLANTA, Aug. 19, 2025 – Wrightwell, a real estate investment and operating firm, today announced the acquisition of Parallel 36 at Jailette, a premium build-to-rent (“BTR”) townhome community in East Point, Georgia, part of the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
This acquisition represents Wrightwell’s third major transaction of 2025 and underscores the company’s continued growth in high-demand Southeast markets. Earlier this year, Wrightwell acquired Parkside Townhomes, a 40-unit Class A BTR community in Cary, North Carolina, as well as another acquisition in Birmingham, Alabama.
Parallel 36 at Jailette was completed in 2022 and features a mix of spacious three- and four-bedroom townhomes. Designed to meet the evolving preferences of today’s renters, each residence includes open-concept layouts, chef-inspired kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, smart home features, and in-unit washers and dryers. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, dog park and professional on-site leasing office.
